We use the Transformational Coaching Method focused on identity shift, habit design, nervous-system regulation, and language-based methods.
X3 Elevate was founded by Sharline Rupp, a Mastery-level Certified Coach in both Health and Life coaching who spent twenty years in technology leadership, including a decade running her own consulting firm. She stepped away from technical consulting after realizing people sought her guidance beyond tech. Coaching became the natural expansion of the people-first lens she’d always led with.

Each Discovery Call is a one-time, stand-alone session. You can book them individually or use them as the starting point for one of the structured 90-day coaching programs. A Discovery Call is required before joining a 90-day program, ensuring it’s the right fit for you before any commitment. If you decide to move forward, we’ll discuss next steps at the end of your call.

The body has a built-in intelligence, but we don't learn how to listen to its language. The Body Transformation Intensive is a health coaching experience that respects where you are and teaches you how to shift, intelligently, sustainably, and with compassion. You’ll learn how to nourish your body by listening to its signals (body intelligence), manage stress in a way that actually works, and incorporate movement into your day in ways that feel natural, energizing, and effortlessly enjoyable.
What makes this program intensive isn’t restriction, it’s awareness. We don’t just talk about how to make healthier choices, we dig into the why behind those healthier choices. When you understand the science, along with the personal patterns influencing your health, change becomes less of a fight and more of a flow.

Breaking the Barriers is my 90-day one-on-one coaching experience designed to help you untangle the knots, gain clarity, and start stepping into the life you actually want, one insight, one choice, one "ah-ha moment" at a time that shifts everything.
If you’ve ever tried to “fix” a habit and found yourself right back where you started, it's not because you're incapable, lazy, or "set in your ways." Most habit advice focuses only on "do this, stop doing that," but true, lasting change happens beneath the surface. It doesn't help to "stack" a new habit, if you're operating inside a belief system you don't even realize is present.
In this coaching space, we go deeper. Habits are not just routines, they're reflections of your coping mechanisms, your environment, and your inner dialogue. And they’re doing exactly what they were designed to do: protect, soothe, or simplify. The key isn’t to just drop them in place of a new one, but to understand them. With that understanding, we begin to rewire our behavior though the ability to choose.
Through either of the 60-minute discovery calls or if you want to spend 90-minutes doing a deep-dive into a particular area of your life, we can discuss what is most present to you. You also have the option to choose any of the micro coaching programs inside the app. You’ll explore specific areas like fear, your money mindset, and setting boundaries; not just as ideas, but as doorways to transformation. Each session offers a focused lens, helping you gently shift how you show up in your life day after day by learning how to shape your habits to support the person you’re becoming.
