Body-Taught Intelligence™

Your body is
the blueprint.

BTI is health coaching that starts with your unique biology, not a menu that worked for someone else. You learn to recognize your body's signals, understand the patterns beneath your habits, and create changes you can keep living with.

No fad diets. No guilt-driven workouts. No requirement to become a different person before your life can change.
A Different Starting Point

Most plans begin with rules.
BTI begins with awareness.

The body has a built-in intelligence, but most of us were never taught how to understand its language. We learn to override hunger, dismiss fatigue, power through stress, and call the resulting struggle a lack of discipline.

Body-Taught Intelligence™ is the methodology behind all of my health coaching. It teaches you to read your body's signals and respond to them: nourishing yourself based on what your body is telling you, managing stress in ways that genuinely help, and building movement and structure into your life without turning wellness into another full-time job.

You are not failing the plan. The plan may never have been designed for you.
Inside the Program

Small shifts.
Whole-system change.

Each part builds on the last, helping you move from information to integration without trying to renovate your entire life before Tuesday.

01

Body Signals

Learn to recognize hunger, fullness, fatigue, cravings, stress, and the quieter signals that are easy to miss when life is loud.

02

Food That Supports You

Explore hydration, fiber, meal timing, digestion, and nourishment without rigid meal plans or moral labels attached to food.

03

Stress & Structure

Understand how stress changes your choices and create supportive structure that reduces effort instead of demanding more willpower.

04

Habits at Their Core

Look beneath routines to the needs, beliefs, environments, and coping patterns that keep them in place.

05

Cravings as Cues

Stop treating cravings as evidence against you. Learn what they may be communicating and how to respond with more choice.

06

Motivation to Momentum

Build consistency through self-trust, realistic action, and repetition that gradually becomes familiar and natural.

What This Can Change

The goal is a more intelligent relationship with yourself.

Bodies change. What worked at 25 may not work at 45. Stress, sleep, schedules, and hormones shift over time, and the old approach stops getting the old results.

Maybe it's perimenopause or menopause. Maybe a GLP-1 changed your appetite overnight. Maybe years of caregiving or burnout left you out of touch with your own needs. BTI helps you read what your body is telling you now and build from there.

Health Coaching FAQ

Questions are welcome.
So is skepticism.

No. BTI may support weight loss when that is one of your goals, but it is not built around a prescribed diet, calorie target, or list of forbidden foods. The focus is helping you understand how food, stress, sleep, movement, habits, and your individual biology interact.

BTI does not use a one-size-fits-all meal plan. You will learn principles and practical adjustments you can apply to the foods you already eat, then use your body's response to refine what works for you.

No. We may explore how particular foods affect your energy, hunger, digestion, or goals, but the program is not built on unnecessary restriction. The aim is informed choice, not food fear.

Yes. Coaching can help you adjust to changing hunger cues, protect nourishment and muscle-supporting habits, and build a sustainable relationship with food while you follow the medical guidance of your prescribing clinician. Coaching does not replace medical care.

That is precisely the kind of design change BTI makes room for. Instead of judging your current body by its former operating manual, we look at what is happening now and build from present-day information.

We discuss what is currently happening, what you want to change, what has and has not worked, and whether a 12-week BTI program is the right fit for you. You will leave with greater clarity and next steps even if you decide not to continue.
