Prediabetes Coaching · X3 Elevate

Prediabetic.
Now what?

You got the numbers back, along with a quick "eat healthy and exercise." That's a starting point, not a plan. Together, we can build one that fits your life.

Your numbers are information, not a verdict.  ·  Coaching works alongside your medical care.
Start With Understanding

The numbers are a signal.
What comes next is up to you.

Prediabetes often shows up before you feel anything is wrong. And the advice that follows can be broad, conflicting, and hard to fit into a busy schedule.

Coaching helps you sort through it. We'll look at what's happening now, what your healthcare team recommended, what you've already tried, and what feels realistic inside your life.

  • Look at food, movement, sleep, and stress without making it all-or-nothing.
  • Sort helpful information from the noise around health advice.
  • Choose small changes you can live with.
  • Leave with a clear plan instead of a pile of rules.
You don't need to become a different person by Monday. You just need a good place to start.
How It Works

Curiosity over criticism.
Patterns, not problems.

There's no generic meal plan hiding behind the curtain. We work from what's happening in your life.

01

Share the full picture.

Where you are now, what you've tried, what your healthcare team recommended, and what's been hardest to put into practice.

02

Look for patterns.

Food, movement, hunger, energy, sleep, stress, and environment all play a part. We'll explore what's influencing your numbers, without judgment.

03

Find your next step.

Instead of a rigid plan, we'll choose small experiments, try them day to day, and keep what works for you.

The gap between knowing and doing is often one small move.
The Strategy Session

One conversation.
A clear path forward.

Ninety minutes gives us room to understand what's going on, without squeezing your life into a fifteen-minute checklist.

Prediabetes is an early signal, which means you have time and options. We'll look at the patterns around food, movement, energy, sleep, and stress so change doesn't have to feel like an emergency.

Bring your questions, your frustrations, and anything your doctor shared. There's nothing you need to prepare.

If you'd like to discuss a recent result or recommendation from your provider, just have it handy during the call. There's no need to upload medical records or health documents through the booking platform.

Want ongoing support after your session? Many clients continue with a 12-week BTI program: weekly coaching, priority scheduling, direct messaging, and the X3 Elevate app. We'll talk about whether it's a fit. No pressure either way.

Meet Your Coach

Honest support.
Clear boundaries.

My approach is practical and collaborative. Instead of handing you another rigid set of rules, we'll build changes that fit your life.

You won't be graded on how well you eat or exercise. We'll look at what's happening, find what makes the biggest difference, and make changes that feel genuinely yours.

I practice in line with the ethical standards of the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. Your information stays confidential, and medical decisions stay with your healthcare team.

Prediabetes Coaching FAQ

Prediabetes coaching,
answered.

In 90 minutes, we cover where you are now, where you want to be, what you've already tried, and what matters most to you. Then we map out your next steps together.

No. Please do not upload health records or medical documents through the booking platform. If there is a recent result or recommendation from your healthcare provider that you would like to discuss, you can simply have the relevant information available during our conversation.

Yes. I have worked with clients who were able to move out of the prediabetes range within six months while making sustainable changes to nutrition, movement and daily habits. Individual results vary, and coaching does not replace medical care, but meaningful improvement is possible.

While I will not provide meal plans or prescribe exactly what to eat, we do take a look at what you currently eat and make adjustments to align with a healthier diet. Health coaching doesn't cover medical nutrition therapy. We can explore general health principles, your existing patterns, the guidance you have received from your healthcare team, and changes you may want to experiment with in your own life. If at some point we discover having a meal plan supports your goals, we'll address the best path towards a trained professional who can build that for you.

Yes. Coaching is designed to complement appropriate healthcare, not compete with it. Your medical team handles diagnosis, treatment, medications, testing and individualized clinical recommendations. Coaching supports the day-to-day behavior change and options around that care.

The session stands on its own. Near the end, we can talk about whether ongoing coaching makes sense for you. No pressure, no obligation.
